Is transaction at LifeWork safe?

LifeWork partners with official Payment System Service Providers (PJP, including Bank and Non-Bank) that are supervised by Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in providing a payment system that facilitates and secures every transaction that takes place on LifeWork’s platform for our customers.

How do I make an order?

Here are the details for making an order on the LifeWork website:

  1. Browse our online store, select the product you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Cart."
  2. Once you've added your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill in your shipping information and address.
  4. Choose your preferred shipping method from the available options.
  5. Select your payment method during checkout.
  6. Complete the payment process, and you're done!

It’s as simple as that! Your order will be processed, and you’ll receive confirmation once it’s on its way.

What shipping methods are available?

We use J&T as our preferred carriers to ship your orders.

Can I checkout as a Guest User?

Yes, you can checkout as a Guest User. To do so, you will need to checkout with your desired item in cart, input your contact information and shipping address, and then proceed to payment.

What payment methods are available?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

  1. Virtual Account transfer: BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, Permata Bank, etc.)
  2. Credit Card: VISA, Mastercard.
  3. Paylater: Akulaku, Uangme.
How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's respective website.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, the order that has been confirmed cannot be canceled or modified. We will begin processing your order immediately upon purchase. Therefore, we kindly request you to double-check your order before proceeding to payment.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Why was the order cancelled?

Your order may be canceled due to insufficient stock, product problems, or other special reasons. The most common reason for order cancellation is that your item size is out of stock before we can process the order. When this happens, you will receive an email notification of your order cancellation. If your order (or part of the order) is cancelled, the refund will be made through the original payment method, and the refund will generally be completed within 2 to 4 weeks (the actual refund time depends on the card issuer, bank or electronic payment institution) depends).

Do you offer gift wrapping, extra packaging or extra paper bags?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, extra packaging or extra paper bags at this time.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Do you provide overseas delivery services?

Our current delivery scope is limited to Indonesia region only.

How do I change my address?

You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service for further assitance.

After your order is shipped, if you need to change your address, please contact the courier yourself and you must pay the additional costs yourself.

Why is my order being sent in several packages?

Depending on the weight and size of the package, your order may need to be split into two or more packages for shipment, but only the shipping fee for the first package will be charged. If the same order is delivered in multiple packages, you will not be charged additional shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

Can products purchased in stores be returned or exchange on the website?

All products purchased in stores cannot be returned or exchanged via email.

Can products purchased on the website can be exchange directly at the store?

All products purchased on the website are not exchangeable. You cannot make any returns or exchanges directly at the store. We reject any products that do not meet the return and exchange conditions or are returned without our consent. You must first log in to your membership account and apply online. Only after confirmation by the customer service center can you arrange to return the product to a designated store. For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy.
